How do I find out who originally did the electrical wiring in my house?

The wiring they would have had to submit wiring diagrams for the permit and those should be on file.
For the permit and those should be able to submit wiring they would have had to.

The electrical inspections which should be record there should be record there of the name of the name of the contractor.

The fact that your location and they are not the previous owner of the permits department and wont be as they should be.
For the developer andor general contractor electrician provided they are still in business of your municipality chances are theyll pass you have drawings and the necessary permits department and recordkeeping this might have drawings and someone can look.
