For a bathroom renovation, in what order should I do the projects?

I will be renovating my bathroom soon. I will do new tile around the bathtub, new linoleum, new paint, new fixtures and sink……basically all the bathroom surfaces, with the exception of the bathtub, will be new. I’ve done all these things (tile, linoleum) before and I am comfortable with it, but I’ve never done them all together as one complete project. Do you have any suggestions as to where to start and what order to do these things in. Any other advice would be appreciated as well.

i gave him a quote at $500 to take out tub and put new one in but the old tub was a big cast iron tub that was a pain to get out,i had to take out a wall at end of tub ,then when the tub was out i noticed a probly with the 3 inch copper vent pipe had holes all through itso i fixed that all the way from the roof to the bottom floor with plumber flashing on roof the whole nine yards, then they wanted one of those modern day fixtures for the tap set in the tub so i had to do a bunch of plumbing to set it up for the new set of taps,i also installed 2 shutoffs under the tub, also had to rip out all old copper plumbing and replace with new abs pipe ,installed 3 sideboard tub inserts to go around the walls, framed a wall to close in the tub on the bottom cuz it had no sides then framed the back wall for the panel to go on and drywalled it all.primed and painted then caulked all around tub to finished.
it took me 4 more days to finish the extras what do i charge? they bought all materials.
no contracts signed and the $500 was just for the tub .i figure i should charge maybe another $500 – $700 they still would get a good deal either way it ended up being a nice job

What is more important in a bathroom renovation?

I am renovating my bathroom and have enough room to fit a soaking tub with a separate glass enclosed shower. However, I also was thinking of a 2 sink vanity. Which do you think a potential buyer would want more? I don’t think I could fit 2 sinks if I make the tub and shower separate, but know that most people like the glass enclosed showers these days!
